Yep, these beauties were made by Paula on her day's beadmaking course at my studio. You wouldn't believe it but her first ever bead is the little pink one with the turquoise spots. Look at those dimples!

I do enjoy teaching people how to make beads - I think the best thing about it is the fact that basically anyone can make little glassy masterpieces like these on day one. Yes, it's true that accurate dot placement and non-wonky beads do need a bit of practise but it isn't rocket science and people are amazed at what they can achieve.

I only ever teach on a one-to-one basis as my studio space is very small but that does mean you can book a slot with me at your convenience and as such I am completely at your disposal. I welcome complete beginners and will also teach intermediate techniques if you want to brush up your lampworking skills.
